At our event you can experience the subtle but powerful support of some of nature's most fascinating mushrooms: Lion's Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps.

WHY?
As part of our gathering, you’ll be offered mushroom water - a gentle, nourishing drink made with Welsh water and functional and medicinal mushrooms such as Reishi, Lion’s Mane, and Cordyceps. These are not psychedelic mushrooms.
They are natural, food-safe fungi that have been used for centuries in many cultures to support balance, vitality, and calm.
The purpose of the mushroom water is simple: to hydrate, ground, and gently support your body as you move and journey through dance. The taste is slightly earthy but very mild.
You are always free to choose - there is no expectation to drink it. You may prefer plain water. Both are completely welcome.
This is a safe, non-intoxicating offering, created with care to bring a sense of grounding, clarity, and connection to nature. Think of it as a quiet companion to your dance: a reminder that you are supported, held, and nourished.
Reishi
Often called the “mushroom of immortality and calm,” reishi is grounding and balancing. It’s traditionally used to ease stress and support a relaxed state of mind, helping you settle into the dance with openness and ease.

Lion's Mane
Celebrated for its support of focus and clarity, lion’s mane is linked with nourishing the nervous system and sharpening awareness. In the dance, it can help bring a sense of presence and connection to the moment.
Cordyceps
Known for supporting energy and vitality, cordyceps can gently uplift without overstimulating. It’s often used to enhance stamina and flow, making it a supportive ally for movement and sustained presence during dance.
