LAUNCH Soulagenic Ecstatic Dance

Pontardawe's first Ecstatic Dance event has finally arrived!

The night will be filled with fun, play, dance and freedom.

Ecstatic Dance DJ Jazzy B from Ecstatic Dance Wales is hitting off the launch with her incredibly deep, liberating and playful set thats going to take you deep into yourself for a transformation which can only be described as soul freeing.

We will share a Mushroom & Cacao ceremony to open up the space and connect us to our hearts and intention led through Beth & Tanya. Easing us into the dance journey until we soften down into a closing ceremony of a Sound Bath held by Kelly.

Optional communal chats after the dance until we all soberly stumble home on happiness and contentment.

The dance takes place in the infamous Mamas in Pontardawe, an ex-nightclub turned wellness hub and martial arts academy.
