You'll start the ceremony with a health Mushroom Mocktail where you'll have a moment to connect to your breath through a serotonin boost and ground into the evening through intention & clearing. House DJ Lisa Knight is taking to the decks to bring the connection of fun, dance and Celebration together. A journey into the heart to unlock a new level of play and joy in your body. Finishing with a Sound Bath with Kelly to ground you back down before joining communal chats or going home on a high. The dance takes place in the infamous Mamas in Pontardawe, an ex-nightclub turned wellness hub and martial arts academy.
We will be dancing shoes-off on the matted floor where the dancefloor once was - just like before - only sober, conscious, and healing.
