About The Event
You'll start the ceremony with a Ceremonial Mushroom Winter Warmer where you'll have a moment to connect to your breath through a serotonin boost and ground into the evening through intention & clearing. Opening the body with Qi movement With Qi gong teacher Gemma Blackmore, opening up your energy body to enhance the dance and flow. House DJ Lisa Knight is taking to the decks to bring the connection of fun, dance and Celebration together. A journey into the heart to unlock a new level of play and joy in your body. Finishing with Poetry & Song by Cerith Jones & Kelly to ground you back down before joining communal chats or going home on a high. The dance takes place in the infamous Mamas in Pontardawe, an ex-nightclub turned wellness hub and martial arts academy.
